We are searching for an Accountability Business Coach to join our fast-growing global team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Conducting client sessions in groups, via email, webinars and video conferencing.
  • Learning, understanding and mastering the ASK Method® Success Path marketing system, in order to relate action plans, accountability strategies and solutions directly to clients progress within the ASK Method.®
  • Creating and organizing confidential client files including intake and session documentation.
  • Using focused questioning techniques to aid clients in developing actionable goals.
  • Participating in and supporting virtual program trainings which could include guest facilitation.
  • Listening actively to client concerns while providing helpful and positive feedback.
  • Working to build client’s knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs that support success within the ASK Method® Success Path and beyond.
  • Empowering clients to make progress, empowered decisions and get results by providing appropriate and specific evaluation, analysis and problem-solving techniques as it relates to the ASK Method® Success Path methodology.
  • Monitoring student engagement and progress via dashboards and support continuation in our programs.
  • Investing in students’ success and reflecting commitment by responding to emails messages, texts, chat, or FB posts within the same business day.
  • Assuming or coordinating other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Do You?

  • Have experience doing business or entrepreneurial coaching?
  • Feel confident and comfortable in a digital and remote working environment?
  • Perform effectively as part of a fast-paced team, subject to quickly-changing priorities?
  • Convey complex concepts clearly, concisely and professionally, both verbally and in writing?
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be coached yourself, to grow and improve your skills?

Can You?

  • Apply coaching technique to support behavioral change and growth?
  • Conduct remote client sessions using technology platforms such as Zoom or other video conferencing platform as requested?
  • Explain complicated ideas in ways that beginners can understand?
  • Develop, facilitate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse people in diverse fields?
  • Exude confidence and enthusiasm on camera with individuals and groups?
  • Be focused, disciplined, highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and flexible?

Have You?

  • Coached business owners or entrepreneurs in shifting self-limiting beliefs to create tangible results?
  • Participated in and completed a coaching training program?
  • Got effective time management and prioritization skills?
