Virtual Events Manager

We are looking for a Virtual Events Manager to undertake all operational aspects of our live virtual events conducted primarily via Zoom and Facebook. We’ll count on you to have deep level knowledge of virtual meeting and webinar platforms. Having a secure and fast high speed internet connection (hard-wired during live events) in your home office is REQUIRED.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be accountable for the communication and project planning process that links the efforts of our broadcast studio, content creators, facilitators, marketing and ASK Business Coaching departments.

You should be an extraordinary self-starter, love deadlines and to-do lists and the satisfaction of getting work done and done on time. If you are also passionate about the topics we teach like entrepreneurship and online marketing that is also a bonus!

You will call the shots managing every step from zoom link creation to hosting the actual event.  You must have the motivation, ability and expertise to TAKE OWNERSHIP of the ENTIRE process.

• Rock every tiny tedious detail to ensure NOTHING EVER falls through the cracks?
• Be direct and assertive in managing deadlines across departments so EVERYTHING is on time & on budget?
• Conduct event meetings with content creators, marketing and any other critical team members to understand all aspects of the virtual meeting, webinar, email, and production/collateral needs.
• Maintain accurate google sheets and provide daily team reporting for event registrations and attendees.
• Work US Central hours with the occasional evenings and weekends if virtual events are scheduled.

• Spent at least the last three years in some type of virtual event project management role?
• Managed every aspect of virtual events with 500-1500+ attendees and shown stellar results?
• EXCELLED at PLANNING, LAUNCHING and MANAGING multiple virtual events at once?
• Worked remotely and overseen events/projects with other remote team members NOT located in your geographic region?
