Five-Time Inc. 5000 Digital Marketing Education, Training & Software Company featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes and USA Today seeks a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales Team in an Industry-Leading Digital Marketing Education, Training, & Software Company .

The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in the growth of our coaching and training side of the business. The SDR is responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You should be a high-energy individual that is an extension of our sales. This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities in a timely fashion.
This is a flexible, contract position that can be located anywhere. You will have thousands of warm leads to follow up with each week. A full-time opportunity may be available for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Lead Development

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads, including webinars, assessments, existing databases, etc.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, text messaging, and email with high attention to detail.
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a sales representative
  • Scheduling Sales Calls for the Sales Team
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Zoho
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of calls and emails per day into warm prospects generated by a variety of outside sources

Sales Content Creation

  • Develop and write compelling email copy that attracts leads to book calls with our business advisors
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

Sales Team Support

  • Updating Zoho CRM on a daily basis to ensure that all sales activities are being tracked
  • Attending weekly sales team meetings
  • Updating monthly commissions report
  • Working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the material to able to deliver them effectively
  • Contributing thoughts and ideas to our sales team
  • Working cross-functionally with our internal remote team 
  • Advocating for our customers, clearly communicating feedback to the organization.
  • Contributing to the success of a fast-growing SaaS & Digital Marketing Training Company

Do You Have?

  • 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales, and/or sales
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product’s selling points via phone and email
  • A drive to exceed sales goals
  • A tech savvy technology enthusiast who adapts to new technology early and is a quick learner of new applications.
  • Experience working in small, entrepreneurial organizations with startup energy.
  • Aligns with our mission, values, and vision, including our pursuit of racial and ethnic diversity within the organization at all levels.
  • Ability to overcome first objection via phone, email, and text that still adds value to the prospect
