We are searching for a Coaching Program Administrator to join our fast-growing global team.

In this full-time virtual role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Managing, Coordinating, and tracking customer data through a CRM and spreadsheets
• Resolving client issues via email and phone
• Creating templates for answers and solutions to common client questions/issues
• Organize data for programs and services to inform business decisions
• Communicate client trends to our team in a timely manner
• Provide admin support for online events
• Attend weekly team meetings

• Have a genuine desire in creating and maintaining excellence?
• Feel confident and comfortable in a digital and remote working environment?
• Love highly organized and detail-oriented tasks? 
• Perform effectively as part of a fast-paced team, subject to quickly-changing priorities?

• Manage information and processes with mastery?
• Handle MS Office and G-Suite products with ease?
• Work during Central Time business hours? 
• Resolve diverse customer issues? 
• Develop, facilitate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse people in diverse fields?
• Be focused, disciplined, highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible?

• Been in an administrative support role for 2+ years? 
• Displayed a successful track record of supporting operational efficiency for small businesses?
• Displayed effective time management and prioritization skills?
• Secured a private, professional working environment?
• Demonstrated exceptional listening and rapport-building skills?
