We are searching for an an independent and entrepreneurial self-starter Client Relationship Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This is a remote position.

This is a role you can really sink your teeth into – applying your variety of skills, and learning new ones.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Resolving client issues via email and phone
  • Coordinating and tracking student & internal data through a CRM and spreadsheets
  • Social Media posting in our Coaching Facebook Group
  • Assisting our Coaches and team with administrative tasks or support

Do You?

  • Have experience supporting high level clients from support, onboarding and/or CRM Management
  • Love working in a fast paced environment?
  • Have a “can do” attitude where no job is too big or too small?
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills?
  • Value attention to detail, organization and possess strong admin skills?

  • Work collaboratively and enjoy helping others?

  • Meet deadlines and think on your feet?

Have You?

  • Got at least 2 years experience working in a high touch support or client facing role?
  • Got a basic (or better) understanding of CRM’s, Social Media, Customer Satisfaction?
  • Got experience using Google Sheets?
