We are looking for a Billing Representative to undertake billing operations in our Billing department. We’ll count on you to issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy. Our Billing Representative should have a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with little supervision to meet tight deadlines. Your goal will be to respond to customer billing inquiries efficiently and ensure we bill our customers correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Issue and distribute invoices
  • Process new contracts and sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Address customer complaints and questions
  • Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
  • Assist with customer account reconciliations
  • Resolve any issues or mistakes
  • Help confused or frustrated customers through the payment process
  • Maintain up to date SOPs for the department.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Billing Representative or similar role
  • Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures – subscriptions, monthly payment plans.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, etc
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Infusionsoft
  • Ability to work from a quiet dedicated home office with a secure internet connection where you can handle phone orders or customer service inquiries without distraction

  • Consistent Part-time Work and additional hours available during promotions.
  • Business Hours primarily M-F 9 AM – 5PM with a few nights/weekends throughout the year as needed.
